About the Role:

Volvo Group is looking for a Junior Global Process Solution Key User – P2P to join its Group Finance division. In this role, you will support the development, improvement, and implementation of standardized processes and solutions focused on Vendor Master Data. You will act as the key link between business users and solution development teams, ensuring best practices in data governance and master data management.

Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison between business users and process/solution development teams for capturing business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Vendor Master Data processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
• Conduct data quality analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze business issues and user requests from a process and solution perspective.
• Gather and help prioritize change requests for process improvements.
• Participate in acceptance testing of new solutions and releases.
• Provide support and training to end users, including SAP training sessions.
• Act as the single point of contact for end-user queries and escalations.
• Manage process documentation, compliance with internal controls, and support external audit requirements.
• Represent users in user groups or reference groups.

You’ll be working with Volvo Group Finance, contributing to a broad spectrum of services from financial planning to accounting and financial reporting. You’ll collaborate with a diverse, global team committed to continuous improvement and business excellence.

Key Technical Skills:

SAP ECC, SAP S/4, Microsoft Office

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, with Vendor Master Data experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work in any shift as required.
• Self-motivated and able to follow standard procedures independently.
• Detail-oriented with a professional and reliable attitude.
